Make traditional hardcover books, in a short run, with every binder is now possible thanks to PRONTO end sheet + gauze combine machine. The cover obtained as output from PRONTO Machine will be insert on the cover feeder of a perfect binder. This process allows the spine reinforcing material and end sheets to be applied at the same time. The Cover end sheets from PRONTO consists of two folded endpapers bonded to a strong spine reinforcing material. Stretch reinforcing materials may be used for rounding and backing. Pre-folded endpapers are loaded onto the Feeder station, accurately registered and combined with the pre sensitized lining material which comes from a roll and will be automatically cut to the required size on top and on base.
