PBA2000 is a three clamps perfect binder.
After data input,unites automatic adjustment as below:
Spine milling station, width automatic adjustment
Notching station, width automatic adjustment.
Side glue station, width automatic adjustment.
And It is automatic spine glue cut-off.
Cover guides on the cover feeder,width automatic adjustment. Scoring width automatic adjustment.
Cover guides(both front and side) on the nipping table,width automatic adjustment.Book block width between nipping plates automatic adjustment. With the main characters such as Stepless-speed regulation, PLC program control, PIO temperature control ,automatic detectors, overload protector, etc, it is an ideal equipment for flexible and quick binding of small and medium book quantities.
